Mr. Lovato explained to me in detail the benefits of both revocable and irrevocable trusts, the importance of having certain assets as part of the trust. He reassured me that my particular plan was currently meeting my needs, but is certainly willing to help me further should I decide to change my current plan. Very personable, knowledgable, willing to help even though I didn't need his paid services. I highly recommend him for those needing direction in elder law.
