Initial Estate Planning consultation was held today, 09/21/2020, with Mr. Lovato. What a wonderful experience to be heard and to acquire significant information regarding my Estate Planning. Mr. Lovato was engaging, thorough and extremely knowledgeable and I would recommend him to anyone needing this service. I know once we begin the process that I will be completely prepared for implementation of my Legacy Plan. Also of note was the telephone call with his paralegal, June, who set up my appointment with Mr. Lovato and was knowledgeable, sincere and sensitive to my needs. Mr. Lovato explained to me in detail the benefits of both revocable and irrevocable trusts, the importance of having certain assets as part of the trust. He reassured me that my particular plan was currently meeting my needs, but is certainly willing to help me further should I decide to change my current plan.
